📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver financial literacy programs and workshops for individuals and groups.
• Create and present educational materials, including brochures, handouts, and multimedia content.
• Conduct financial literacy training sessions for schools, community centers, and other organizations.
• Collaborate with local partners to design and implement financial education initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of financial literacy programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest financial literacy trends and best practices.
• Provide one-on-one financial counseling and advice to individuals.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to ensure program success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial literacy or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with financial literacy tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in financial literacy or related fields is a plus.
