📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage repairs, renovations, and upgrades to the facilities.
• Monitor and maintain building systems using software such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering and replenishing as needed.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records for future reference.
• Provide training and support to new maintenance staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Certification in Building Maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
