In this role, you'll work closely with our team of educators and industry experts to develop and implement training programs that cover a wide range of animation topics, including 2D and 3D animation, character animation, and visual effects. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, and Blender to create hands-on, practical training experiences for our students.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging animation training programs tailored to the needs of our clients in Medan.
• Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and demonstrations using industry-standard animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, and Blender.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to students and professionals to help them develop their animation skills and achieve their career goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the animation industry and incorporate this knowledge into your training programs.
• Collaborate with our team of educators and industry experts to continuously improve and enhance our training offerings.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network with other professionals and stay informed about the latest developments in the animation field.
• Provide regular feedback and progress reports to our clients to ensure that our training programs are meeting their expectations and delivering the desired results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an animation trainer or instructor, with a proven track record of success in delivering engaging and effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with industry-standard animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, and Blender.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex animation concepts to students and professionals.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively, as well as collaborate effectively with a team of educators and industry experts.
• Passion for animation and a strong commitment to nurturing local talent and bridging the gap between animation theory and industry practice.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia is required.
