📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Project to track project milestones and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure effective communication and coordination between the office and the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget.
