📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using SAP and Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse operations and transportation activities to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in overseeing warehouse operations and managing inventory using SAP and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of transportation coordination and logistics best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, including but not limited to SAP, Excel, and other relevant systems.
