📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and manage procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing of raw materials and ingredients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor market trends and develop sourcing strategies to identify new suppliers and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage and optimize the procurement budget to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the poultry processing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
