📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and deliver engaging live streaming content that aligns with our brand’s voice and messaging.
• Plan, script, and prepare live streams, including promoting and moderating the event.
• Operate live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software like OBS Studio or Wirecast.
• Interact with audiences in real-time, answering questions, and fostering a sense of community.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance, using data to improve future content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement live streaming strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital engagement.
• Represent Brothersindo at events and promotions, embodying our brand’s values and mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in live streaming, content creation, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging live content.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with audiences.
• Familiarity with live streaming software and equipment, including OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required).
