Based in Canggu, we are seeking a dedicated HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our employees, managers, and stakeholders to address any issues that may arise, ensuring a harmonious and efficient workplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Resolve conflicts and disputes between employees and management, promoting open communication and mutual understanding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
• Develop and implement employee relations programs, such as wellness initiatives and team-building activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in our HR practices.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain employee handbooks and policies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, fostering a culture of respect and fairness.
• Monitor employee satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly to maintain a high level of engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
