🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Etsy.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing Etsy shops.
• Familiarity with Etsy's Seller Dashboard, Shop Manager, and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Etsy Seller or equivalent is a plus.
