📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.,Monitor and respond to comments and messages from our audience.,Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Assist in the development of our brand's visual identity and style guide.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for design.,Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.,Fluency in English is a plus.
