Apotek Nanda Sate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
