📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company, including logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral.,Create and execute design concepts that align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our design process.,Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Conduct design research and analysis to inform our design decisions and improve our overall design process.,Ensure that all design work is compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement design strategies that drive engagement, increase conversions, and enhance the user experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising trends, and the ability to create designs that are optimized for digital platforms.,Experience in developing and implementing design strategies that drive engagement, increase conversions, and enhance the user experience.
