📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow client relationships in the events and exhibitions industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage the account team and ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources and support.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the account is meeting its targets.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the events and exhibitions industry.
  • Strong understanding of the events and exhibitions industry, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
