📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the replenishment process to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts.
  • Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
