📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's market reach.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
