📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
