📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and forecasts for construction projects.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Prepare and submit cost reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to project teams in cost-related matters.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related advice.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Strong understanding of construction cost management and control.
  • Proficiency in using cost estimation software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
