Duta Hana Sembako is looking for a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Pekanbaru. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and providing excellent customer service.

As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will work closely with our pharmacist to prepare and dispense medications, manage inventory, and assist in other pharmacy-related tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications.

Managing pharmacy inventory and stock levels.

Assisting customers with their medication needs and answering their questions.

Performing routine pharmacy tasks such as counting pills, labeling medications, and updating patient records.

Assisting in the preparation of compounded medications under the supervision of the pharmacist.

Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.

Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Assisting in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Basic knowledge of pharmacy practices and medications.

Familiarity with computer systems and software used in pharmacy management.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
