📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Oversee production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
• Assist in the setup and execution of events and workshops.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all operational goals are met.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or education industry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with event planning and production processes.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
