🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital products.,Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team of designers.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.,Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.,Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
