📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily production operations to ensure high-quality output and adherence to production schedules.,Lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all team members.,Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes with other business functions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes and methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the production or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of production operators.,Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production issues and challenges.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
