📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
