🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Experience with IT security and compliance.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and communication skills.,Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
