📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules using SAP and JDE systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce fuel consumption and operational costs.
• Provide training and support to drivers and other team members.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize route planning and delivery schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet administration or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDE systems.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
