📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and networking events to promote CTB ERA’s products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and CTB ERA’s product offerings to ensure you are well-prepared to address client needs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote CTB ERA’s solutions through various channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or technology industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
