📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.,Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide solutions to resolve them.,Maintain and update our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
