Sumber Yoga Dental Clinic is looking for a Deputy Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the clinic, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial support to the management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Monitor and control expenses to ensure the clinic operates within budget.,Prepare and present financial information to the board of directors and other stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare industry-specific financial practices is a plus.
