📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.,Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members effectively.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Proven track record of improving team performance and productivity.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
