📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
