📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and recover overdue loans and debts in accordance with ANZ policies and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers with financial difficulties.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify potential hardship cases.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and hardship outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on collections and hardship performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections and debt recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections and hardship management.
  • Strong knowledge of ANZ products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with collections and hardship management software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations.
