📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee the financial operations of the National Cancer Centre Singapore, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the Centre's growth and development, and assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and coordinate with external auditors and accountants to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of financial resources.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and provide regular reports to senior management on financial trends and issues.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of finance staff to ensure the continued growth and success of the finance department.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing financial operations in a healthcare or related industry is highly desirable.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
