As a Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly by sourcing and procuring the necessary materials and supplies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate competitive prices.,Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and other related documents.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel is a plus.
