📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to healthcare professionals to enhance their clinical skills.,Assess and evaluate the performance of healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to healthcare professionals to help them achieve their professional goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.,Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that training programs are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training programs and the performance of healthcare professionals.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that the healthcare team is providing the highest quality of care to patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse.,Experience in clinical training and development is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is a plus.
