📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations,Manage a team of kitchen staff and provide training and development opportunities,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure food safety and efficiency,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed,Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to customer requirements and expectations,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,Proven experience in managing a kitchen team,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and leadership skills,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
