📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
