In this role, you will use tools like CRM systems and sales analytics to track performance and identify opportunities. Daily, you will be out in the field, visiting businesses, understanding their pain points, and presenting our solutions with confidence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Identify sales opportunities and present our products/services effectively to drive conversions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Use CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance and manage leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support post-sale.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and sales techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
