In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the distribution operations and ensuring the smooth flow of products from our warehouse to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.,Manage and coordinate with the distribution team to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.,Conduct regular audits of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful distribution operations management.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
